1. In selecting “Buy Now” and committing to Buy you are making a binding and non-retractable offer to purchase the HelloCrowd Group Buy Item at the HelloCrowd Group Buy Price. Once you have committed to Buy Now you will receive an email confirming your order for the HelloCrowd Group Buy.
2. Your order must be received before the end of the Group Buy. It is a condition precedent to the Seller accepting Your order and forming a binding contract to supply the HelloCrowd Group Buy Item, that the minimum number of orders must be received before Expiry of the Deal.
3. Provided Your order is received and accepted in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 above, you will qualify for the HelloCrowd Group Buy item. If successful you will receive an email to your registered HelloCrowd email account confirming that you have been successful.
4. If the Group Buy is not successful, You will receive an email confirming that you have been unsuccessful at campaign end.
5. The Seller and not HelloCrowd is offering the HelloCrowd Group Buy Item and is responsible for supplying the HelloCrowd Group Buy Item.
6. HelloCrowd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its services, and operation of our Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside our control. These may impact processing and acceptance of orders and HelloCrowdshall be liable, if orders are not processed as a result of technical issues.
